Appointments are intentionally unhurried, allowing time for careful assessment, collaborative discussion and personalised treatment planning.
Every consultation is privately billed, reflecting the time, clinical expertise and individual attention dedicated to your care.

Initial Consultation
90 minutes
$650
A comprehensive assessment for new patients, creating the time and space to understand your story before thoughtfully developing an individualised treatment plan.
Ongoing Consultation
60 minutes
$400
Designed for ongoing care, with dedicated time to review your progress, refine your treatment, and continue supporting your wellbeing.
Treatment Review
30 minutes
$225
Dedicated time for established patients to review treatment response, medication, side effects, and relevant pathology or investigations, supporting safe and considered ongoing care.
Focused Review
20 minutes
$165
For patients with established and stable treatment plans, providing ongoing monitoring, prescription review, and continued support where a shorter consultation is appropriate.
Additional Information
The practice is privately billed.
Medicare rebates are not available, and consultation fees do not contribute to the Medicare Safety Net.
The practice does not provide consultations funded through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA).
Payment is securely processed through Xestro.
Payment is required within 48 hours of your appointment offer. Unpaid appointments may be released to other patients.
Referrals
A referral from your GP or another healthcare practitioner is welcomed but not required.
If you have a regular GP or another treating healthcare professional, you’ll have the opportunity to provide their details during the intake process.
With your consent, a summary of your assessment and treatment plan may be shared with your GP or referring clinician to support continuity of care.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions are provided as part of your consultation where clinically appropriate.
Repeat prescriptions are not issued without an appointment.
A 30-minute Follow-up Consultation is generally appropriate for ongoing medication management and repeat prescriptions.
Reports & Documentation
Letters and reports that form part of your routine clinical care are included where appropriate.
Requests for reports or documentation outside of your consultation may attract an additional fee, depending on the time required.
The practice does not provide medico-legal assessments or WorkCover reports.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Providing notice of any changes allows that time to be offered to another patient.

More than 7 days’ notice
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a full refund.

Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice
Fifty percent of the consultation fee will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded or credited towards a future appointment.

Less than 48 hours’ notice
Cancellations, rescheduled appointments and non-attendance within 48 hours of the appointment incur the full consultation fee.

Late Attendance
Please ensure you have access to a reliable internet connection before your appointment. If you join late, the consultation will still conclude at the scheduled finish time to avoid delaying other patients. The full consultation fee remains payable.
